Africa-China/China-Africa Mobilities

 

After the field school on "China-Afric-Connections in Cape Town", which was a big success for the students from the University of Cologne and students and colleagues from our partner university in Cape Town, we decided to have a follow-up workshop in Cologne. The two days workshop brings together participants of the field school from Cologne and Cape Town as well as post Docs and PhDs from Sun Yat-Sen University, China and the University of Cologne. The presentations in the workshop highlight both migrant experiences: from China to (South) Africa and from Africa to China.
